Consent to the Processing of the User's Personal Data

I, the User, hereby, in accordance with Federal Law No. 152-FZ of July 27, 2006 "On Personal Data", freely, of my own will and in my own interest, give my consent to Individual Entrepreneur Katerina Valerievna Kamyshova (OGRNIP: 326774600180481, INN: 771594439274, registered address: 127349, Moscow, Leskova St., 9, apt. 148) (hereinafter referred to as the "Operator") to process, when I use the website located at https://hanziway.com/ (hereinafter referred to as the "Website"), the following personal data of mine:

  • last name, first name, patronymic;
  • identity document details (series/number, name of the issuing authority, date of issue, citizenship information);
  • contact phone number, email address, or information about other means of communication;
  • gender;
  • date of birth;
  • bank details;
  • login, password (in the case of authorization on the Website);
  • Cookie files (information about actions performed on the Website, including but not limited to: data on the devices used, the source of the visit to the Website, search queries, user clicks, page views on the Website, form completions, banner and video views, session parameters, data on the time of visit, location data, etc.)

The above personal data may be processed by non-automated, automated, or mixed means through their collection, recording, systematization, accumulation, storage, clarification (updating, modification), extraction, use, transfer to third parties, depersonalization, blocking, deletion, and destruction for the following purposes:

For the purposes provided for in this consent, the use of the Website's functionality, as well as the provision by the Operator of the services I have ordered, I hereby give my consent to the transfer (provision, access), including the assignment of personal data processing, to the Operator's partners, which include:

  • Providers of server data storage: IOT JSC (121205, Moscow, Skolkovo Innovation Center, Bolshoy Blvd., 42, bldg. 1, fl./prem./ws. 0/138/12); Datacenter JSC (Moscow Region, Khimki, Nagornoe Highway, 2); Ixelerate LLC (Moscow, Altufyevskoe Highway, 33G).

I confirm that I have read the provisions of Federal Law No. 152-FZ of July 27, 2006

"On Personal Data" and the personal data processing policy published on the Website.

This consent is valid from the moment it is given until it is withdrawn or until the above purposes of personal data processing are achieved.

This consent may be withdrawn by the User by sending a written request to terminate the processing of personal data to the Operator's address indicated above, or by sending a scanned copy of the request to the email address hanziway@yandex.ru. The request must contain the number of the User's main identity document, the date of issue of that document and the issuing authority, as well as the User's handwritten signature.
