Three simple rules:
1) Maximum 10 characters in total.
2) You can group them into up to 4 words (tags).
3) One word (tag) can contain no more than 4 characters.

Examples:
✔ 2 words with 4 characters each + 2 single characters = 10 total (OK)
✔ 4 words with 1 character each = 4 total (OK, but word limit is reached)
✘ 5 words even with 1 character each = not allowed (word limit exceeded)
✘ One word with 11 characters = not allowed (character limit exceeded)
